If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, I won't be able to accommodate you at your scheduled time and will need to charge the card on file. Additionally, if you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the service you booked. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.
